Solution Architect

Most of my professional life has been spent in roles where clarity, structure, and calm thinking make the difference. I've worked across different teams and technical landscapes, always with the same goal: help people understand complexity and make good, practical decisions. These days I do this independently, supporting organizations as a Solution Architect and Trusted Advisor. Depending on the context, this may involve technical shaping, reviewing designs, guiding teams through choices, or helping stakeholders align around a shared direction. I don't believe in unnecessary layers, over-engineering, or buzzwords. I prefer practical solutions that teams can understand, maintain, and build upon.

All of this in a fun, highly constructive, and collaborative way.

What I typically help with

Here are the kinds of situations where I'm often brought in:

  • a technical challenge needs structure and clarity
  • a team is designing something new and wants to ensure realism and direction
  • an existing architecture needs review, validation, or a fresh pair of eyes
  • stakeholders need a clear explanation of what's going on
  • teams are drowning in options and need calm, grounded guidance
  • something "just doesn't work" and you need help figuring out why
My role adapts to the context — I don't replace people or teams; I help them move forward.
